All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. For shipping outside India, delivery time and charges may vary based on your location.


3. Shipping Methods

We use the following trusted carriers for shipping:

  • International: 7-21 business days (depending on location)

9. Damaged or Lost Items

In case your order is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with our carrier partners to investigate and resolve the issue. If your order is confirmed to be lost or damaged, we will either issue a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.


10. Incorrect Address
